Adeas is capable of handling entire development projects from the feasibility study up to the manufacturing of the end product including aftercare and life cycle management. Regularly we only get asked to take care of a certain part of such a project. Mostly this is because our client wants to execute a certain part of the project himself or wants to include for instance a preferred EMS partner.
In these cases the Adeas project team works closely together with our clients R&D department. Often the Adeas designers design one or more modules or IP blocks of a product and integrate these. Furthermore Adeas can offer certain technical assistance adding to the competence of our client. When desired Adeas adjusts to the development process of our client and can work with preferences with regard to f.i. PCB technology, component selection, tooling and suppliers. In this way Adeas is cooperating with a number of leading high tech multinationals.
Process flow
At Adeas the various disciplines involved in the development process work together and often in a concurrent way. This means work on mechanics, electronics, firmware and software is done simultaneously. To optimize this way of working intensive collaboration and communications is of the utmost importance. To accommodate this process and make optimal use of the technical competence of the individual designers Adeas has developed a development process. Through this the end result is guaranteed. A milestone structure is in place to validate intermediate results.
